Entrainment/Adjusting Hours
| Monday | 10am-1pm | 3pm-6pm |
| Wednesday | 10am-1pm | 3pm-6pm |
| Thursday | 10am-1pm | 3pm-6pm |
The latest drop-in entrainment times are at 12:45pm and 5:45pm. If you should arrive after these times, chances are we will not be able to serve you on that day.
These times are for drop-in entrainments only.
All other appointments will be scheduled around these times. Initial Consultations, First Time Visits & Re-Examinations are scheduled outside of Entrainment Hours to allow for adequate and uninterrupted visits.

Lectures/Health Talks
Note that our Lectures/ Health Talk are usually scheduled two times per
month. These talks typically run about 45 minutes and they are free. Please
check calendar for dates and times.
Level I Talk
Anyone and everyone is welcome to our Level I Health Talk including prospective
and existing practice members, along with their friends and family. We
will be discussing the basics of Network Care and have an informal session
discussing health and well-being.
Level II/III Talk is reserved for any current practice member in Level II/III.
